Remington Hotels is seeking a General Manager for the Residence Inn Grapevine, responsible for the full operation of the hotel and its outlets, including rooms, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.

You will lead the Executive Committee, drive revenues, ensure compliance, and develop leaders to sustain year-over-year growth, with a strong focus on guest service and product quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hotel management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage.
• Strong business communication, verbal and written.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Professional image and ability to lead a 24/7 operation.

• Practice guest service culture; promote courtesy and positive attitude.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive relations.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate programs and incentives to improve service.
