Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Residence Inn Grapevine. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, including outlets, sales, engineering, HR and accounting, ensuring standards and profitability while leading the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hotel Management or related field and a minimum of 3 years in Rooms or F&B, with strong communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge. Travel responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams at leadership and hourly levels and present effectively.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations, food & beverage, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Lead the Executive Committee to reach property goals and revenue targets.
• Forecast and manage P&L, RevPAR and profitability.
• Ensure compliance and long-term growth of the property.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
