Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales and marketing department at our Grapevine, TX property. You will drive revenue by developing targeted sales strategies, managing annual marketing plans, and implementing yield control to balance rate and demand.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Regional Sales leadership, train staff, and promote guest service excellence while coordinating with hotel management to meet budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years proven hotel sales experience.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedules may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for the property and target market segments.
• Create and manage a realistic annual marketing plan with monthly reviews.
• Utilize yield management to balance rate availability with demand.
• Establish and execute an effective outside sales program.
• Oversee servicing of groups and coordinate with hotel management.
• Train sales staff and drive accountability for results.
