Remington Hotels seeks a Director of Sales for the Residence Inn Grapevine to lead the sales and marketing function and drive revenue growth. The role interfaces with the General Manager and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to align property strategies and execution.

The position requires strong leadership, a track record in hotel sales, and the ability to train staff while collaborating with other departments to maximize group business and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 3 years proven hotel sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train staff and collaborate with management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategies for the property and key segments.
• Create and manage annual marketing plans with monthly reviews.
• Implement yield management to balance rate and demand.
• Establish and execute an outside sales program.
• Direct internal servicing of groups and events.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team and GM.
• Train sales staff to deliver measurable results.
• Maintain positive relations with staff and guests.
