Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, annual marketing plans, yield management, and leading the sales team. Travel may be required to fulfill duties and build client relationships.

Formación

• 3 years proven hotel sales experience with leadership.
• Strong business communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; able to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales strategies for the property and targeted markets.
• Forecast annual marketing plan with monthly reviews.
• Apply yield management to balance rate availability with demand.
• Establish and execute an effective outside sales program.
• Direct internal servicing of groups.
• Collaborate with hotel management and General Manager.
• Train sales staff and drive actionable results.
• Promote guest service culture and teamwork.
• Fulfill reasonable requests from the General Manager.
