Job summary

Residence Inn Grapevine is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The property is located in Grapevine, TX. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field and at least 3 years in Rooms or F&B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams and present to leadership and hourly staff.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Meet company standards and drive revenue, forecasting and RevPAR.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure guest service culture and resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Guide Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
