Qualifications

• At least 6 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year degree with 4 to 5 years of experience.
• Must effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests.
• Must maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions according to Highgate standards.
• Participate in hotel sales efforts and maintain direct contact with management trainees.
