Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to hotel staff and department heads.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics (occupancy, RevPAR, guest satisfaction) and take corrective actions.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly.
