Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive hospitality experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Previous hotel management experience (AGM, Director of Operations, or Department Head).
• Strong leadership, team management, and track record of achieving financial goals.
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to hotel staff and department heads.
• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance).
• Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
• Manage annual budget, revenue forecasting and cost control.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to attract guests and drive occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with laws and quality standards.
