The role covers daily operations, budgeting, and active involvement in sales strategies, client meetings, and leadership development to ensure exceptional service and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 4-year degree with 4–5 years of related experience; or a 2-year degree with 5–6 years of related experience.
• Light work - up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Must communicate effectively with staff and guests and maintain a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed through department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and conduct monthly department manager reviews.
• Oversee budget processes and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Drive hotel sales through prospecting, meetings with clients, and account management.
• Participate in MOD coverage and staff development for future leadership.
