Shake Shack in Morrisville, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will train and motivate a team, oversee staffing, food safety, and brand execution, and collaborate with local community events to promote the Shack.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in high-volume restaurant management, strong leadership and financial acumen, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel, food planning and sanitation/health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team to provide hospitality at the highest level.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the brand locally through events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
