Job summary

Shake Shack in Wilmington, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure top hospitality standards. You will oversee inventory, food safety, and financial performance while promoting the Shack brand in the community.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a track record in high-volume restaurants, and the ability to train staff, optimize schedules, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Operations knowledge including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
