Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Front and Back of House teams.
• Maintain operational control over every department and ensure readiness for peak periods.
• Drive exceptional guest hospitality and promptly address guest concerns.
• Oversee shift transitions, briefings, staffing, inventory, and restaurant presentation.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and other expenses; coach upselling and guest engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and operational standards across dining, kitchen, bar, restrooms, and storage areas.
