Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, retail, or customer-focused businesses.
• Proven success leading high-volume operations.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management experience.
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and operational budgets.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality business serving up to 100 guests with a team of ~45 employees.
• Lead and develop managers and team members while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through hospitality and service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, product quality, and facility appearance.
• Evaluate and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs.
• Implement systems and procedures that support long-term scalability and growth.
• Drive growth in catering, private events, and community-driven sales opportunities.
• Develop relationships with local schools, sports organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups.
