Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Deep beverage knowledge and wine program experience; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, coordinating FOH and culinary teams to ensure service quality and consistency.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor, food costs, inventory, and purchasing to maximize profitability.
• Deliver elevated hospitality and personalize guest experiences across dining room, bar, and lounge.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain management and service staff fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead beverage program and revenue growth through staff education and inventory controls.
