You will own day-to-day performance, hire and coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with leadership to improve performance. Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safe,

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment (restaurant management preferred).
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory (or ability to learn quickly).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support the floor as needed.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role and work around food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day restaurant performance: service, quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain a strong team; set clear expectations and accountability.
• Manage scheduling, labor planning, inventory, and cost controls.
