Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Account Manager in Philadelphia to oversee a Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account. You will be responsible for account performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives, driving profitability and service excellence across shifts.

You will coordinate scheduling, payroll, and HR activities while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to client standards and Towne Park policies.
