Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, driving financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities include planning staffing, payroll, and timekeeping; developing talent; and ensuring Towne Park systems and safety standards are followed to deliver consistent service across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 2+ years of related experience or training, or equivalent
• Knowledge of general business practices including accounting, human resources and customer service
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background, MVR and drug screening for insurance purposes

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Towne Park account to meet financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction goals
• Forecast and plan staffing, payroll and timekeeping; ensure accuracy of reports
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and coaching; develop talent and measure performance
• Ensure service standards, safety and compliance across all shifts and locations
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular communication with client staff
