Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and drive financial and guest/patient satisfaction metrics. You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping while ensuring contractual compliance and profitability.

The role emphasizes client relations, staff development, and adherence to Towne Park standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences to our clients and their customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business policies and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction and client objectives.
• Forecast, schedule, and manage payroll, timekeeping, and resource planning.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews for staff.
• Build client relationships, ensure service standards and drive client loyalty.
