Job summary

Towne is seeking an Account Manager who will directly oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, safeguarding financial performance, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and adherence to Towne Park standards, while building strong client relationships to drive growth and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, set priorities and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse teams.
• Knowledge of basic accounting, HR and customer service principles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one Towne Park account and drive financial and client satisfaction metrics.
• Forecast, payroll, timekeeping and reporting responsibilities.
• Recruit and onboard associates; train and coach staff for performance.
• Maintain system usage and compliance with Towne Park policies.
• Develop client relationships and ensure high service standards.
