Towne Towne is seeking an Account Manager to oversee one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account, focusing on financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client outcomes. The role requires planning and leadership to maximize profitability and service quality across shifts and teams.

The candidate will manage HR processes, scheduling, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with Towne Park standards and client expectations. This is a full-time on-site position based in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Criminal background, MVR and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and business systems to improve profitability.
• Forecast, payroll and accounting reporting accuracy.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of associates.
• Schedule labor and manage overtime while ensuring service standards.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, risk management and compliance.
• Drive performance metrics and assist in annual planning.
