Job Title: Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and contributing to accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Support preparation of financial statements and internal reports
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including non-finance stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
• Utilize accounting systems and reporting tools to generate financial insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Experience working with midrange accounting systems and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn

• CPA certification (strongly preferred)
• Experience in both public and private accounting environments
• Experience working in a multi-location organization
