Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Hospice Sales Executive for the San Jose, CA area. The role will promote hospice programs and services by building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

The ideal candidate has hospice or home health sales experience (2+ years), an established referral network, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve verifiable performance.

• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
