Job summary

Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources.
• Hospice/Home Health Sales: 2+ years required.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software; strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently; thrive in a fast-paced environment; stable work history with verifiable performance.
