True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a proactive Hospice Sales Executive to lead growth in the San Jose, CA region.

You will promote hospice programs, nurture referrals from physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and community partners, and drive revenue through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate has hospice or home health sales experience, a proven track record with regional referral sources, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Local with established referral sources.
• 2+ years of successful hospice or home health sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
• Territory: San Jose and Surrounding Areas; manage referrals and drive growth in the local market.

Compensation: Highly competitive base compensation + uncapped commission opportunity

MUST HAVE - Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience, no exceptions.

Territory: San Jose and Surrounding Areas
