Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Hospice Sales Executive to cover San Jose, CA. Maximize referrals by cultivating relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners in the territory. Local candidates with proven hospice or home health sales performance are preferred.

Develop and maintain strategic referral networks, manage CRM processes, and drive revenue through an uncapped commission structure and base compensation. This is a local, full-time role requiring territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources.
• Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
