Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Hospice Sales Executive to drive growth in San Jose, CA. You will promote hospice programs and services, building and sustaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer patients.

Qualifications

• Hospice or Home Health sales experience is required with a proven track record.
• Local to San Jose with established referral sources is preferred.
• Ability to build and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with contact management software and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospice programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
• Act as a proactive representative to generate and manage referrals in the San Jose area.

Location: San Jose, CA

Compensation: Highly competitive base compensation + uncapped commission opportunity

MUST HAVE - Hospice or Home Health Sales Experience, no exceptions.

Territory: San Jose and Surrounding Areas
