Rotech Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patients’ homes. You will educate patients and caregivers on safe use, handle on-site and phone-based customer service, and manage delivery paperwork and routing logs.

Travel is required for set-ups and ongoing deliveries; a valid driver’s license and clean record are essential. This role supports Medicare/Medicaid coordination and works within a dynamic home healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient homes.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete delivery paperwork and routing logs.
