Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies for patients at their homes.

You will train patients and caregivers on proper use and safety, while also providing phone and in-person customer service to patients and referral sources. This role requires on-site travel to patient locations, coordination with insurance providers, and accurate documentation of services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies at patient homes.
• Provide patient and caregiver instruction on equipment use and maintenance.
