Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain home medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies. You will educate patients and caregivers on proper use and maintenance, and provide frontline customer service both over the phone and in person at patient homes.

The role requires travel to patient locations using company or personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background checks and drug screen may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide patient and caregiver instruction on equipment use and safety.
• Coordinate with patients, referral sources and Billing Department.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with intake, scheduling, and paperwork as needed.
