Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain home medical equipment and supplies for patients. You will provide in-person and phone-based service to patients and referral sources, ensuring proper use and care of equipment.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, completing paperwork, and maintaining logs, while upholding safety standards and high-quality customer service across locations.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen as applicable
• Credentialing with healthcare facilities where required
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies at patient homes
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources
• Coordinate deliveries and on-call assignments as needed
• Process paperwork and invoicing; maintain logs and tickets
• Educate patients/caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment
