Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment and oxygen for patients in the home. You will provide care instructions to patients and caregivers, and assist with phone and in-person customer service to patients and referral sources.

This role requires travel to patient homes, documentation, and coordination with billing and referrals. Valid driver’s license and compliance steps are required.
