Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a dedicated Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies at patients’ homes.

You will instruct patients and caregivers on safe usage and provide responsive service to patients and referral sources in person and by phone. The role involves on-site equipment delivery, documentation, and coordination of daily routes, with travel requirements using a company or personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with medical equipment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies for patients.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and safety of equipment.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate deliveries, paperwork, and route logistics.
• Maintain and clean company vehicle and document usage.
