Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc is recruiting a Customer Service Technician to deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment and supplies at patient homes. You will instruct patients and caregivers, provide phone and in-person support to patients and referral sources, and ensure accurate documentation and coordination with the billing department.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience with medical equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• One year of related work experience preferred.
• Medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery, setup and maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide patient/caregiver instruction for proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Deliver customer service over the phone and in-person to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate documentation, forms, and paperwork for billing and routes.
