Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team in providing home-based medical equipment setup and maintenance. You will educate patients and caregivers, handle on-site deployments, and support referrals while following safety and regulatory guidelines.

This role requires driving to patient homes, coordinating paperwork, and delivering compassionate service to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up and maintain medical equipment at patient homes.
• Provide customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
• Coordinate deliveries and documentation, including forms and route sheets.
• Educate patients/caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
