Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team. You will deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment and oxygen supplies, and educate patients and caregivers on proper use.

You will also provide customer service in person and by phone to patients and referral sources. The role requires a high school diploma, clean driving record, ability to lift 65 pounds, and travel to patient homes. Prior experience with medical equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and possible drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, sets up and maintains equipment at the delivery address using company/personal vehicle.
• Educates patients and/or caregivers on safe use and maintenance of equipment.
• Provides customer service over the phone and in person to patients and referral sources.
