Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train and support patients choosing home dialysis modalities. You will perform home visits, monitor patient care, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling, including on-call coverage, may be required to support home program needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient environment and monitor care.
• Document nursing services accurately in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to communicate patient status and needs.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency preparedness procedures.
