U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train and support patients choosing home dialysis. This role emphasizes delivering quality patient care and superior service in all interactions with patients and staff.

The nurse will perform home visits, assess environments, document care in the EMR, participate in infection control, and coordinate with physicians. RN license and dialysis experience are preferred for this position.

Qualifikationen

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience; dialysis experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities.
• Conduct home visits to assess the patient’s home environment and monitor care.
• Document nursing services in the Electronic Medical Record with accurate status and interventions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and team members; participate in infection control and emergency procedures.
• Administer medications as ordered and be available for on-call nursing duties as needed.
