Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients for home dialysis and provide ongoing support. The role involves home visits, safety assessments, and accurate documentation in the EMR.

The candidate should have an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong English communication. Occasional on-call nights/weekends are required, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; 3 months in home dialysis modality preferred.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modalities.
• Conduct home visits and assess patient environment and safety.
• Document nursing services in the EMR with accurate status and interventions.
• Monitor infection control and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate supply inventory and place orders to avoid fees.
• Be on call nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
