Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients for home dialysis and provide ongoing clinical support. You will perform home visits, assess patient environments, and document nursing interventions in the EMR to ensure continuity of care and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and comfort using clinical software. Flexibility for on-call duties and varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; home dialysis training experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with USRC clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Train patient and/or care partner in home dialysis methods.
• Conduct home visits to assess home environment and patient performance.
• Document nursing services in the EMR including training sessions and interactions.
• Communicate assessment results to physician and care team.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency preparedness.
