U.S. Renal Care seeks a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients on home dialysis and provide ongoing support. You will perform home visits, assess environments, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include documenting nursing services, managing medications, infection control, and emergency readiness. Flexibility with location and hours is required to support the home program and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient environment and safety.
• Document nursing services in EMR with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with physician and team on patient care and lab results.
• Administer medications as ordered and manage medication profiles.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency procedures.
• Flexible with staffing locations and hours for home program needs.
