Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to develop candidate pipelines for RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews by phone, video, and in person, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.

The role requires at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting, caregiver recruiting experience, and knowledge of employment laws. Strong communication and social media recruiting experience are essential. In-office work only.

Qualifications
