Job summary

Ron Sunshine Associates LLC in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a robust caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs who can meet growing client needs. You will screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews, and schedule interviews for hiring managers, all in-office, ensuring high-volume coordination and timely feedback.

This on-site role requires knowledge of federal and state employment laws, excellent verbal and written communication, and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
