Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual and face-to-face interviews, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.

You will develop candidate generation sources, manage a high-volume interview schedule weekly, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in a fast-paced homecare setting. On-site role required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting is required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
