Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Home Care Recruiter in Greenwich, CT to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule interviews for hiring managers in an in-office, non-remote environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of healthcare recruiting experience, caregiver recruiting experience, knowledge of employment laws, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Caregiver recruiting experience is required.
• Home care recruiting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
