Job summary

The position requires scheduling interviews for multiple hiring managers and managing a high volume of applicant interviews weekly, with a strong focus on compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
