Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC in Connecticut is actively seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a robust pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. You will screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person) and schedule interviews for hiring managers, with a strong emphasis on coordinating high interview volumes on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Social Media recruitment.
• Experience attending events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
