Job summary

6 Degrees Search in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs and HHAs, and to screen resumes with phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.

The position is in-office only, with high-volume interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers. Experience in caregiver/home care recruitment and events is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
