Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline including RNs, CNAs and HHAs in Greenwich, CT. The role requires in-office work and recruiting across healthcare settings, handling resume screens and high-volume interviews with hiring managers.

You will develop candidate sources, screen candidates, and coordinate interview schedules, while complying with federal and state employment laws. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
