Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews, and coordinate high-volume interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers in a fast-paced office setting. This in-office role requires knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social Media Recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
